Thank you for visiting our site. The following is to inform you of Saltronix, Inc's return policy. Saltronix reserves the right to make changes to it's return policy at any time.

Regarding New Equipment Purchases

In order to make a return you must contact our office with your request. No RMA is required to make a return.

Returns must be made within 15 days after date of invoicing. Because of this, it is important that new equipment is picked up promptly after notification. New equipment that is to be shipped will be invoiced on date of shipping and are shipped promptly.

Returns must be made in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and be in brand new, sealed, unused condition.

Most returned items will require a restocking fee, in certain cases up to 30% of purchase price. This is dependent on the equipment manufacturer. Please ask for details before placing your order. Freight charges are non-refundable.

Special orders may/may not be returnable. Please ask about your order before committing to purchase.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of returned item by Saltronix, Inc and vendor through which item was purchased from.

Regarding Repair Service

All repairs and calibrations we perform include a 90 day warranty beginning from the date of invoicing. During this period, items may be returned if a repair is not satisfactorily achieved. For instance, in some cases, an intermittent problem can be a cause for return as they can be undetectable at times and difficult to catch while troubleshooting. In the event you must return your equipment to us, simply notify us of your doing so and the reason for your return. No RMA is ever needed. We are always eager to find a resolution to get you back on track with your equipment without delay.
